Rockefeller Tree Lighting was the location where I was kicked out of the ‘BSB’ dressing room by NBC.
By hanging out in the Backstreet Boys green room backstage at NBC’s annual Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting on Wednesday night, Flavor Flav alleges that he was kicked out of the show.
The rapper took to X and stated that he had been invited to the event. However, he alleges that when he got together with the BSB members in their changing room, security immediately came along and told him that NBC apparently did not want him in the area that he was in and ordered him to leave.
After that, he went on to describe what he considers to be a very contradicting circumstance by saying, “At the same time, their social media woman came up and asked to capture social content.”
At the end of his tweet, Flav posed the following question: “What did I ever do to NBC or anyone,,” The only thing I ever do is make an effort to share happiness and love, and I believe I was able to achieve that for NBC during the Olympics. He was discussing the significant moments he had experienced at the Olympic Games over the years, the most recent of which took place in Paris in 2024.
NBC has been contacted for comment; however, we have not received a response as of yet.
